Inspect what the platform recorded for a learner, and carry out the few support actions that change nothing the record depends on. Credited course time, scores and the audit chain cannot be altered here, or anywhere. The one action that creates a record — resetting a demonstration attempt — reaches the synthetic demo identities only, and states everything it creates on that attempt’s own timeline.
