Before you begin — read and initial each statement

Timed identity checks during the course give 20 seconds each. If you need extended time (40 seconds) as an accessibility accommodation, write to info@kyverum.com before starting the course.

Identity. I affirm that I am the person registering for this course and that I, and no one else, will complete all course content, validation questions, and the final exam.

Final exam. I understand that to receive a certificate of completion I must pass a test of at least 40 questions on the course content with a score of at least 80%. If I do not pass, I will fail the course and the course fee will not be refunded.

Timed validation questions. I understand that during the course I will be asked time-limited validation questions about myself and about specific events in the course. If I fail to answer a time-limited validation question correctly, I will fail the course and the course fee will not be refunded.

Attempts allowed. I understand the provider's retry policy: I may re-attempt the final exam up to two (2) additional times (three attempts total). A failed time-limited validation question may not be re-attempted.

Failure criteria. I understand that I will fail the course if: (i) I score below 80% on the final exam after all allowed attempts; (ii) I answer any time-limited validation question incorrectly or let its timer expire; or (iii) the platform detects an integrity violation (including another person completing content, multiple simultaneous sessions, or automated interaction).

Fee disclosure

Total course price $24.95, including the $3.00 state assessment fee. There are no additional or undisclosed fees.

Payment is not collected in Phase 1. Course access stays locked until the approved checkout is available.
